-Dr. Sheetal earned her Doctorate in Ayurvedic Medicine from the American University of Complementary Medicine.
-Dr. Sheetal serves as Adjuct Professor at the American University of Complementary Medicine and Southern California University of Health Sciences in the Department of Ayurvedic Medicine.
-Dr. Sheetal attended the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and received her B.S. in Movement Science and B.A. in Sports Management and Communication.

Ayurvedic Healing Therapy

We are dedicated to our clients and our practice. An in-depth analysis of your health history and your current health concerns/problems will be conducted. We will help to identify your unique body-type (Prakruti) and will offer guidelines to prevent disease processes and imbalances. In cases of body-mind imbalance (Vikruti), a treatment intervention including lifestyle and dietary guidelines along with herbs, panchakarma, meditation, and yoga may be advised to help restore balance and support the innate healing and self-repair process in the body.
