The Ancient science of Ayurveda can help treat a variety of Women's conditions through herbs, diet & lifestyle adjustments. Ayurveda can help to NATURALLY treat: Yeast Infections, Fibromyalgia, Menopause, Hot Flashes, Delayed Menses, Painful Menses, Vaginal Discharge, UTI's, Fibroids, Ovarian cysts, HPV, etc. Ayurveda encourages balance and healing in all phases of a Women's life: Menarche, Menses, Pregnancy, Menopause.

PRE-NATAL & POST-NATAL

Pre-Natal Care:

Ayurveda and yoga together can greatly help a Women from fertilization, conception to giving birth. Pre-natal care of a woman begins months before conception; Ayurveda advocates proper detoxification of a women's body before pregnancy to purge toxins and accumulations. After detoxification, an Ayurvedic regimen which serves to nourish, strengthen and prepare the woman for conception is advised. Once a woman conceives, a month-to-month Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle program is recommended for healthy development of both mother and fetus. Weekly pre-natal Ayurvedic massages encourage elasticity, flexibility and strength of the Garbhini (Pregnant Woman).

Post-Natal Care:

In Ayurveda, it is believed that after delivery, it is crucial for a women to follow balancing guidelines as her energy has been depleted during labor. Ayurvedic diet & lifestyle can encourage a faster recovery. Herbs and diet which increase and purify breast milk will also be advised for the healthy development of baby. Post-natal Ayurvedic massage of both baby and mother is very important in regaining balance and harmony.

Ayurvedic Healing Therapy

We are dedicated to our clients and our practice.  An in-depth analysis of your health history and your current health concerns/problems will be conducted. We will help to identify your unique body-type (Prakruti) and will offer guidelines to prevent disease processes and imbalances.  In cases of body-mind imbalance (Vikruti), a treatment intervention including lifestyle and dietary guidelines along with herbs, panchakarma, meditation, and yoga may be advised to help restore balance and support the innate healing and self-repair process in the body.
